Shipments by express courier.

The express courier delivers within 24-48 hours during working hours, usually in the morning.
A person must be present to sign the receipt, otherwise a notice will be left asking to be contacted by you to arrange for the delivery.
We pack products carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
If the package shows signs of crushing or water damage, please indicate "accepted with reservation" on the delivery note before signing, and immediately notify us of any damage caused by shipping, emailing us at info@blackgel.it.
