Shipments by express courier

Once payment is received, the order is processed in 2-3 working days (Monday to Thursday).

Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Note: Bank transfer payment is usually received and confirmed in 1-2 working days after purchasing, and this does not depend on us but on the bank. As soon as payment is confirmed we will prepare the order.

Once the package has been sent, the express courier delivers within 24-48 hours during working hours, generally in the morning.

A person must be present to sign the receipt, otherwise a notice will be left asking to be contacted by you to arrange for the delivery.

We pack products carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
If the package shows signs of crushing or water damage, please indicate "accepted with reservation" on the delivery note before signing, and immediately notify us of any damage caused by shipping, emailing us at info@blackgel.it.
